How to Get the Epsilon Vehicles in GTA V
Most of the vehicles used by the Epsilon members are uniquely colored. You can obtain all of them, except for the Bison trucks.

If you still don’t know how to fly planes in GTA 5, it’s better to practice at the flight school before starting the mission. Then head to the meeting point and enter the plane. You need to get it to the airfield in Sandy Shores.
The first gold medal condition is to fly under a bridge along Lago Zancudo. A suitable bridge and optimal flight path are shown in the screenshots below.
The second gold medal condition is to land the Velum without damaging it. Here, everything mainly depends on your flying skills. To make things easier, descend early and follow the trajectory shown in the screenshot below.
After landing, you will only need to talk to Jimmy Boston and the mission will end. Once it is over, you can freely take the Ocelot F620 in the unique Epsilon Program color.
