How to Get the Epsilon Vehicles in GTA V
Most of the vehicles used by the Epsilon members in Grand Theft Auto V are uniquely colored. You can obtain all of them, except for the Bison trucks.

Head to Raton Canyon and come up to the red truck.
After Michael regains consciousness, go to epsilonprogram.com and click on the “Make a Donation” button. Next, click on the “Donate $500” button.
After some time, the Epsilon Program sign will appear on the map. This is the starting point of the next mission.
