How to Get the Epsilon Vehicles in GTA V
Most of the vehicles used by the Epsilon members are uniquely colored. You can obtain all of them, except for the Bison trucks.

Go into the marked room and watch a cutscene. Then go outside, and the mission will end.
This is the only time in the game when you can be in this room. Don’t rush to exit before you examine the interior.
After some time, you will receive an email. To proceed to the next mission, you need to donate $5000 to the cult.
After you do this, wait for some time, and the Epsilon Program sign will appear on the map. This is the starting point of the next mission.
