How to Get the Epsilon Vehicles in GTA V
Most of the vehicles used by the Epsilon members are uniquely colored. You can obtain all of them, except for the Bison trucks.

Head to the marked point, talk with Marnie, leave the area, and the mission will end.
To proceed to the next mission, you need to find five vehicles and deliver them to the specified garage: Pegassi Vacca, Benefactor Surano, Declasse Tornado, Enus Super Diamond, Dinka Double T.
It’s not necessary to hijack exactly those vehicles that are shown on the map above. If you find a required car or motorcycle elsewhere, it will also do.
When you deliver all the vehicles, Marnie will send you an email, and soon the Epsilon Program sign will appear on the map. This is the starting point of the next mission.
Pay Attention
You have to park the vehicles in the garage close enough to the wall so that the “Exit the vehicle” notice appears.
