Repo — Burn Rate

First, you need to get a fire truck. You can steal it at one of the fire departments or call 911. One fire truck is enough even if four players perform the mission. The fact is that in addition to extinguishing burning cars, you have to fend off endlessly spawning enemies.

After you got a fire truck, head to the port. Start from the north side. Along the way, kill two enemies awaiting you in a car.

Once you reach the burning cars, shoot the enemies that are close to you and those who are on the cranes. The rest enemies will spawn endlessly, so neutralize them only in case of extreme danger. Time to extinguish fires is limited to five minutes.

To use water cannon, press L1 on PlayStation, LB on Xbox, or right mouse button on PC. When you start extinguishing a fire, a bar of car’s health appears in the lower right corner of the screen. As soon as this bar becomes blue and starts flashing, stop extinguishing the fire and go to the next one.

Move south and proceed in the same way. Do not kill Simeon’s associates because it leads to mission failure. They are marked on the map with blue marks. You can’t shoot them, but you can accidentally hit them by a car or kill by a water cannon.

When there are no more burning cars, the enemies will stop spawn endlessly. Finish them, and the mission will be completed.
