After meeting Tonya, go to the impound lot. Use Franklin’s special ability to get there faster. To get the gold medal, you need to complete the mission in five minutes.
At the parking lot, get in the tow truck and drive to the abandoned car in Legion Square. Park in front of it and hook it up. To do this, lower the hook by leaning the left stick back or by holding the left Ctrl on PC.
When you hook up the abandoned car, lift it by leaning the left stick forward or by holding the left shift on PC.
Now you need to deliver the car to the impound without unhooking it. This is the second condition for getting the gold medal, so you need to drive the tow truck carefully. Don’t use Franklin’s special ability — it will destabilize the towed vehicle.
At the impound, stop at the red marking with the inscription “No parking” so that the towed car is on it. When in the upper left corner of the screen you will see an instruction to unhook the car, do it. After that, the mission will be completed.

- This is the only Strangers and Freaks mission that is necessary to complete the storyline.
