Once on the side of East Joshua Road, you will notice a hitchhiking girl in a white dress.
Stop next to her, and she will ask to take her to Vinewood Hills. Time is not limited, so don’t drive too fast and avoid collisions. There will be no incidents along the way if you will not cause them yourself.
At the end of the way, the girl will greet her boyfriend, after which he will try to get you out of the car and beat you. Give him a fight, and the random event will be completed.
Trevor can take the girl to the Altruist Cult Camp instead, but it’s better to choose another victim.
