Once on the side of North Calafia Way, you will notice a hitchhiking girl with a backpack.
Stop next to her, and she will ask to take her home, it’s near the lighthouse in Catfish View. Time is not limited, so don’t drive too fast and avoid collisions. There will be no incidents along the way if you will not cause them yourself.
Near her house, Ursula will thank you and give her phone number. After that, you will be able to call her and take her on a date.
Trevor can take the girl to the Altruist Cult Camp instead, but it’s better to choose another victim.

- Trevor and Franklin can have Ursula as a booty call option even before meeting her in this random event. Call 328-555-0103 to take her on a date.
