You are told to pick up a customer in Rotterdam Hill. After picking him up, he tells you where to go.
After you reach there, you get a two-star wanted level which you have to reduce by going out of the cops’ radius.
If the cops are behind you, the radius will move along with you, hence increasing the time it would take you to evade them.
If you continue doing anything notorious while having the wanted level, like ramming too many people, the cop radius will increase along with the stars.
After successfully evading the cops, you have to drop the customer at Gibson Street.
It’s suggested that you take your time evading the cops as you’ll understand how the cops will work in this game.
