Warning! If you complete this mission before completing all the missions of Kenji Kasen, you will not be able to attain 100% completion of the game.
If you didn’t save a Cartel Cruiser from the previous Donald’s mission, steal it at a construction site in Fort Staunton or in any other convenient place. Don’t damage the car, the safety margin will be required later.
Go to the multistory parking lot, drive in through the left entrance and go up to the top floor. The location of the bandits and Kenji will be shown to you. Remember that from this moment you must not get out of the car.
Now be quik. Run over Kenji, ignoring the other gangsters, and jump off the building with a springboard.
Now get out of Newport and dump the car.
