GTA San Andreas VR is in Development for Oculus Quest 2

On October 28, during Facebook Connect, Meta CEO Mark Zuckerberg officially announced a port of GTA: San Andreas VR is in development for the Oculus Quest 2.

Although no footage or trailer was shared, some features of the game were mentioned with being a completely first-person experience to some graphical enhancements and full 360-degree movement controls. It was also shared that this game was in development since a long time. This port is said to be developed by the same studio which made LA Noire VR Case Files — Video Games Deluxe.

It is also unclear whether it will be released on other platforms like PSVR and Steam. It will be interesting to see how the GTA franchise expands itself over the VR territory, and if Rockstar is also developing other games for a long time and haven’t been revealed yet.
