Also jump from the Land Act Dam and land.

After meeting the retriever, go to Dom and watch a cutscene. After that, you can just leave, but it’s necessary to perform the “Leap of Faith” to get the gold medal.
Make sure that Franklin has a parachute. If he doesn’t, there’s one near the boxes.
To the left of the place where Dominik jumped from, climb over the railings and jump after him. Right after the jump, slightly lean the left stick forward or press W repeatedly, and open the parachute as soon as possible.
After landing, inspect Dominic’s body, and the mission will be completed.
