Gold Medal Walkthrough

Once you get control of Michael, get in the Bison and start the pursuit. It’s impossible to catch up the coach, so keep the car intact — it’s necessary to get the gold medal. Don’t shoot at the coach and don’t try to harm him in a different way.

At some point, the house on wheels will block the road and the coach will disappear from sight. After that, you can go slowly to the destination. But don’t slow down too much, because the time for obtaining the gold medal is limited to five and a half minutes.

Skip the cutscene, get in the pickup and step on the gas until the house collapses.

After the collapse of the house, go to Michael’s mansion, but don’t hurry too much: you can break away from the chase, but in this case, you won’t get the gold medal. Wait until two red dots appear on the map — these are the vehicles of the pursuers. Prepare to shoot: to get the gold medal, you need to kill at least three enemies from the car. It can be done by Michael or Franklin.

Once the persecutors will be eliminated, park the car near the garage and the mission will be completed.

Trivia

• If you start this mission as Michael, the introductory cutscene will be more eventful than in the case of Franklin.
• In the “Lethal Weapon 2” movie (1989) there is a similar scene with the destruction of the house.
• Trevor can buy the same leopardskin briefs, as Kyle wears, in Binco stores or in discounters.
• If you enter the house without starting the mission (through the garage or from the backyard), Michael’s bedroom will be locked.
