Uncle Vlad

Take a car, pickup Roman and go to Comrades Bar.

After the cutscene ends, shoot both Vlad’s goons and chase Vlad by running into the back of the bar. After exiting the bar, you will see him driving away in his Marbelle. Then quickly get into your vehicle with Roman and start chasing him.

Most of the chase is scripted similar to Ivan The Not So Terrible. First, two cars will try to block you, so don’t accelerate at the beginning of the chase. Then a truck will try to block you on the other side of the road. After carefully navigating through both these, start following Vlad.

Then sometime later, a bus will block you for a brief moment, and if you are at a high speed — then you will definitely collide. Note that throughout the chase, some cars will try to collide or block you if you are near them and at a high speed. So the best strategy for this mission is to drive slowly and prevent accelerating as much as possible.

After the chase, Vlad crashes his car and tries to escape by running away, but is blocked by the river.

After reaching Vlad, you have to kill him. To perform an execution, take a pistol and aim at Vlad, then a red ring will start to blink. Shoot him, and a cutscene will play.

After the cutscene ends, call Roman to activate the next mission.

Trivia

• The player automatically gets a pistol at the end of the mission.
• Vlad’s car is indestructible.
• After the mission, Vlad’s phone number will be deleted from Niko’s phone.
