After taking Jacob to the apartment block in Willis, you have to wait in a car for the drug dealers to come out. After three drug dealers start running, you have to kill them. You can do so by ramming them by car or shooting them. They start attacking once you get close enough to them. Usually, they’re pretty slow, so it’s easy to ram them.

After killing the three dealers, you have to pick up Jacob again and take him to the townhouse in Meadows Park. There you have to kill the remaining drug dealers. You can take cover by pressing Q on PC, LB on Xbox, and L1 on PS3. You can also shoot through windows.

After killing the drug dealers, you can take a health pack lying in the house to refill your health. They are usually available at safehouses and also during some missions at specific places.

Then you have to drive Jacob back to Homebrew Cafe.

Trivia

• If the windows of the car the player is driving are open, smoke from Jacob’s joint can be seen coming out.
• It is one of the first missions in the game that is relatively easy to fail, as the player will be required to quickly dispatch multiple foes in several ways during the mission, whilst defending Little Jacob.
