Walkthrough of the Fourth Donald’s Mission

Warning! Before starting this mission, complete “Two-Faced Tanner” if you want to attain 100% completion of the game. Otherwise, it will be disabled permanently.

Full body armor and a sniper rifle will be useful in this mission. Also, you may need grenades, Molotovs, and other weapons, it depends on your style of play.

When you get close to the marked point, stop the car near the Panlantic van and take cover. There are four Colombians in the hangar which you need to eliminate. A sniper rifle is the best weapon for this. If you want to use another weapon, try not to destroy the plane.

When the Cartel members are dead, get in the plane and get out at once. Then go up to the Panlantik van, read the message and drive back to Staunton Island.

At the Panlantic construction site, you need to kill several yet Colombians which guard approaches to the elevator. Stand on the dais and shoot as many enemies as possible from a safe distance. Use grenades or Molotov cocktails against those enemies that can’t be killed with small arms.

Next, find a passage in the blue fence and move towards the elevator. On the way try to notice survived Colombians as soon as possible and eliminate them in any convenient way. When all the enemies are dead, go to the blue marker inside the elevator and watch a cutscene.

Now it only remains to get to Love Media Building and the mission will be completed.
