Walkthrough of the Third Donald’s Mission

Before starting the mission it’s desirable to get a fast car because the first thing you need to do is to get to Portland in two minutes. There, on the pier in Callahan Point, a boat awaits you. Get in it and wait for the plane to arrive.

It’s not necessary to use this boat. You can take, for example, a police boat from the pier next to Asuka’s condo. It will be faster than go to Portland by car.

This plane will drop six containers with unknown contents into the water. You need to collect them, and for the first five, you will get one wanted star for each.

When you collect all the containers, go to the pier near the Asuka’s condo. Go ashore, take any civilian car and go to Pay’n’Spray. This is not necessary, but the FBI agents are very aggressive and can cause many problems to you.

Then it remains only to take the load to Donald, after which the mission will be completed and Shoreside Vale will become available.

Trivia

• In this mission, you can steal FBI Kuruma. It’s useful if you are going to attain 100% completion of the game because it needs to be delivered for export to Portland Docks. The way to do it shown in the video walkthrough at 4:44.
