Drive to Hepburn Heights in Portland. Don’t crash the car on the way, the safety margin will be needed during the mission. Also, try to avoid areas controlled by the Mafia and the Triads.
After arriving at the place, start to hit the Diablos by a car. They wear dark blue jackets with a golden crown on their backs and red or blue bandanas. You can also shoot from the window, but in this case, you will attract the attention of the police. The main thing is to stay in the car.
Once you kill ten Diablos, head back to Staunton Island. If the car is badly damaged, drive to Pay’n’Spray in Portland, because Perennial must not be destroyed.
Trivia
- After completion of this mission, the Diablos will become hostile towards Claude.
