Cheat Codes in GTA III

PC, Mac, Android, PlayStation, Xbox

Warning! Don’t save the game after you have used the cheat codes. It can adversely affect the gameplay.

Cheats can be entered both during the gameplay and in the pause menu. On the keyboard you need to type a word or a phrase. On the controller, press the buttons in a certain sequence.

Pay Attention:

On the keyboard all cheats need to be entered without spaces, the variants of writing in parentheses are for convenience only. Letter case doesn’t matter.
On the controllers “Left”, “Right”, “Up” and “Down” refers to the arrows on the D-Pad, not the analog sticks.
On Android, you need to use any keyboard that can be used during the game.
There are no cheats on iOS.

Some cheats can be deactivated by its re-entering or by restarting the game. But there are also permanent cheat codes that can’t be deactivated in any way — “Pedestrian riot” and “Pedestrians attack Claude”. These two cheats can hinder progress during missions.

Full Health

Spawn a Rhino

PC, Mac, Android: giveusatank (Give USA Tank);
PlayStation: Circle × 6, R1, L2, L1, Triangle, Circle, Triangle;
Xbox: B × 6, RT, White, LT, Y, B, Y.

Increased Grip on the Ground and Jump Ability for all Cars

PC, Mac, Android: cornerslikemad (Corners Like Mad);
PlayStation: R1, L1, R2, L1, Left, R1, R1, Triangle;
Xbox: RT, LT, Black, LT, Left, RT, RT, Y.

To jump, press the horn button. This cheat disables unique stunt jumps.

Invisible Cars

Only the wheels, the driver and the passengers are visible.

Low Gravity for Cars

Cars in the air can be adjusted by steering.

Destroy all Vehicles

Decrease Game Speed

PC, Mac, Android: boooooring;
PlayStation: Triangle, Up, Right, Down, Square, R1, R2;

The gameplay slows down in half. When you re-enter the cheat the gameplay slows down four times as much. To return the normal speed, use the cheat to increasing game speed.

Increase Game Speed

PC, Mac, Android: timeflieswhenyou (Time Flies When You);
PlayStation: Triangle, Up, Right, Down, Square, L1, L2;
Xbox: Y, Up, Right, Down, X, LT, Black.

The gameplay speeds up in half. When you re-enter the cheat, the game should be accelerated 4 times relative to normal speed, but it doesn’t happen. To return the normal speed, use the cheat to decreasing game speed.

Speed up Game Clock

PC, Mac, Android: madweather (Mad Weather);
PlayStation: Circle × 3, Square × 5, L1, Triangle, Circle, Triangle;
Xbox: B × 3, X × 5, LT, Y, B, Y.

Only the game clock speed up, the gameplay stays at a normal speed. «Circle × 3 / B × 3» means that the button must be pressed 6 times.
