Nightclubs in GTA Online are businesses included in the game as a part of the After Hours update. Any of the ten clubs can be purchased at the Maze Bank Foreclosures website.

Daily Challenge in GTA Online
To complete this daily challenge, you need to ride on one of two rideable fairground rides at the Del Perro Pier. It’s better to choose the roller coaster because the ride on it takes less time. In GTA Online, unlike the single, rides on fairground rides can’t be skipped.
