Follow Vincent. He will lead you to the hillbillies you need to knock out.
After you do this, you will need to return the stolen supercar. Enemies on the Vapid Caracara 4X4 pickup trucks will attack you. It’s better not to pay attention to them and try to intercept the car on the way.
If you don’t do it, the car will be in the territory of Hayes Autos on Little Bighorn Avenue, and you have to eliminate several armed enemies to take it away from there.
When you get the car, you will need to repair it in the nearest Los Santos Customs and bring it back to the Casino. After that, the mission will complete.
