Nightclubs in GTA Online are businesses included in the game as a part of the After Hours update. Any of the ten clubs can be purchased at the Maze Bank Foreclosures website.

At the beginning of the mission, immediately take cover and start to eliminate the mercenaries. One of the safest places is behind the bar next to the roof entrance. Don’t leave your cover until you take down all the helicopters and kill most of the enemies.
Then finish off the rest of the enemies and go to the other side of the roof. There you will also need to eliminate many mercenaries.
After that, climb to the helipad. There will be several more mercenaries, one of which is wearing ballistic equipment. If you take a position, as shown in the screenshot below, he’s unlikely to harm you.
When you deal with all enemies, return to Vincent, he is waiting for you at the elevator. At this point, the mission ends.
