Gold Medal Walkthrough

In this mission, you need to skip all cutscenes and be quick to manage in thirteen and a half minutes to get the gold medal.

Go to the marked point, jump into the water and then follow your associates.

Now you need to move the cutting tool to each of green dots and cut the rods in these places. Use the left or right stick, mouse or the W, S, A, D keys to move the cutting tool. To cut, press RT, R2, or LMB. The fuel is limited, so cut only when you precisely aimed at the green dots.

Swim through the tunnel and climb up the ladder in the end. Move forward along the corridor, hit the scientist and the guard with the Stun Gun. At the end of the corridor in the elevator, hit another scientist.

Exit the elevator and hit two scientists in the laboratory with the Stun Gun. Keep moving forward and hide around the corner at the marked point when the corresponding message will appear on the screen. When two guards will pass by, keep going forward.

The scientist will not open for you the door to the room with neurotoxin. Wait for the appearance of his colleague, hit him with the Stun Gun, enter the room with the neurotoxin, and also strike the first scientist with the Stun Gun.

Take the neurotoxin and move forward. Despite the fact that now you can use firearms, hit at least one more guard with the Stun Gun. To get the gold medal, you need to hit at least 8 enemies with the Stun Gun, by now you have hit seven.

Also, remember that to get the gold medal you need to make 15 headshots and shoot with an accuracy of at least 70%. Michael’s special ability will help.

Move forward and watch the radar. With its help you can detect enemies in advance, they are indicated by red dots.

Soon you will reach the closed door. Wait until Steve opens it, run forward along the corridor and hide behind the box. Try to shoot as many enemies as possible from here. Then move to the exit and shoot along the way the remaining soldiers.

Put the nerve toxin in the refrigeration unit, and the game will switch you to Trevor. Fly to the indicated point and approach the container with the toxin. Skip the cut-scene and fly to the airfield. You need to load the container onto the trailer. To do this, hover over the trailer and press “Right” on the D-Pad or “E” on the keyboard by default.

Now it remains only to land the helicopter in the marked spot and then get Patricia to Martin’s house.

After the Mission

• Michael and Trevor will once again be able to move freely around Los Santos.
• Trevor’s house will become dirty again, and Michael will no longer have access inside.
• Jimmy will return the Tailgater to Michael, and the Premier will become unavailable. The Tailgater will have some modifications installed on it.
• Franklin’s things will no longer be in the boxes and will take their places in the new house.
• The underwater tunnel will have another grate after the mission which prevents entering.

If You Can’t Start the Mission

When you try to start the mission, you may see a message saying “This mission has been disrupted. Return later to start the mission.” If this happens, try the following options:

• Get in the Dinghy and go away from the shore until the B letter appears on the map again.
• Being at a sufficient distance from the starting point, call a taxi and go on the mission with skipping the trip.
• Come to the starting point on foot along the shore.
