Fastest Speed
Reach top speed on the Seashark.- Keep to the shore line to avoid large waves.
- Tilt the Seashark forward, it will ensure better contact with the water.

Don't fall off the bicycle.- Don't hurry. Jimmy goes slowly and winning the race is not necessary.
- Avoid collisions with people, curbs and other obstacles.

Swim to the boat within 01:00.- Swim to the yacht as soon as possible. It’s okay if Michael will lose some health due to insufficient endurance.

After the end of the cutscene, get in Michael’s Tailgater with Jimmy. Time for the mission isn’t limited, so you can drive slowly and listen to the dialogue of the characters completely.
After arriving at the destination, take any bike and start the race with Jimmy. Winning isn’t necessary, and Jimmy will go pretty slowly for most of the route. You can stay close to him and listen to another dialogue between father and son.
If you just want to get to the finish as quickly as possible, you can go straight instead to turning off onto the bike path. But, in this case, you need to be especially careful because of pedestrians — to get the gold medal you must not to fall off the bicycle.
After arriving at the finish line and watching the cutscene, jump into the water and swim to the yacht as soon as possible. To get the gold medal you need to reach the yacht within one minute. Time is short, so it’s okay if Michael will lose some health due to insufficient endurance. Climb the yacht and watch the next cutscene.
After that, you will have a choice: to break away from the pursuers, or to shoot them. In the second case, the mission will be completed much faster, but you will hear a shorter and less interesting dialogue between Tracy and Michael.
In any case, to get the gold medal you need to reach the maximum speed on the Seashark. If you will choose to break away from the pursuers, it will be easy to do in the city water channels. If you’ll shoot them, keep to the shore line on the way to the destination — it will allow you to avoid large waves and reach a higher speed.
As soon as you break away from the pursuers and reach top speed on the Seashark, get to the shore at the specified point. After the final cutscene, the mission will be completed.
Trivia
After the race with Jimmy, you can see Tracey dancing on the yacht. Use a telescope or a sniper rifle to see her.
