Mission Time
Finish the mission in 5 minutes.- Skip cutscenes.
- Don’t stay in the mansion for a long time. Go to the garage, get behind the wheel and Immediately leave from there.
- Use Franklin’s special ability as much as possible on the way to the mansion and back.

Take no damage during the fight with Simeon.- Make the first punch as soon as possible, you can use Michael’s special ability for this.

Get in the fast car and go to the destination. To avoid collisions and to drive at high speed use Franklin’s special ability. You need to drive as fast as possible because to get the gold medal you need to complete the mission in 5 minutes.
When you reach the destination, climb over the closed wicket, sneak up to the gardener in a stealth mode and knock him out — it is the second condition for the gold medal.
Then run into the passage to the right of the main entrance to the house, where the white pickup truck is parked. Climb on it, then on the roof and then go through the open window. Don’t try to enter the house through the doors, you’ll just lose time in this case.
Moving in a stealth mode, go to the stairs. Go down, turn left by 180 degrees, and then again to the left before the entrance to the kitchen — this corridor leads to the garage, where you’ll find the car. Get behind the wheel and drive to Simeon’s dealership.
Along the way, Franklin will call Simeon and then Michael will intervene in the process. The camera will show what’s happening in the car, so it will be difficult to drive. But you can delay this moment right up to the arrival to the destination if you will cleverly use Franklin’s special ability.
Anyway, follow Michael’s instructions and ram through the dealership window.
After the cutscene make the first punch as soon as possible, you can use Michael’s special ability for this. Then continue to punch quickly and Simeon will not make counter attacks. It’s important to fulfill the third condition for the gold medal — to take no damage during the fight with Simeon.
After winning the fight Michael will leave the showroom and the mission will be completed.
Trivia
- The player can kill the gardener without failure of the mission using a melee weapon or silenced gun. The killing will not affect the storyline and Carlos will continue to work in Michael’s mansion later.
- There is no need to knock out the gardener to sneak into the house. However, in this case, as in the case of the murder, you will not get the gold medal.
- Using stealth mode, you can explore the mansion and stay unnoticed. But, probably, you will not complete the mission in 5 minutes in this case.
