There are several important moments that are worth knowing before you start to play.
First, be sure to choose option C at the end of the storyline. More details in the article about the game’s endings.
Second, if you want to have really much cash, don’t make expensive purchases before you complete the storyline and all Lester’s assassinations. More details in the article about Lester’s assassinations.
Third, the game has random events that you can miss. Also, some random events significantly affect the gameplay.

Lester’s Assassinations

Strangers and Freaks
Strangers and freaks are characters who give quests to the protagonists in GTA 5. To attain 100% completion of the game you need to complete all the strangers and freaks missions available for Franklin. The only exception is “The Last One”.
Random Events
Random events are short missions that from time to time appear in certain places of San Andreas. There are 57 of them in total (60 in the extended version of the game). To attain 100% completion of the game you need to participate in any 14 of them.
