You need a fast car to perform this mission. There’s usually a Yakuza Stinger near Asuka’s condo, it fits perfectly.
You will have three and a half minutes to consistently reach four payphones: in Torrington, in West Belleville Park, in Liberty Campus, and in South Belleville Park.
When you answer the last call, the timer will stop and you will only have to get to the public toilet in Belleville Park.
